Charlotte began her career in the beauty industry 30 years ago and has continued to develop her knowledge throughout every stage of her professional journey.
Her experience spans traditional beauty, advanced skin treatments, aesthetics and professional education. Over the years she has trained extensively, building a treatment approach that blends technical knowledge with something equally important: listening.
Charlotte believes that the best treatment plans begin with understanding the person in front of her. That means looking beyond a single concern and considering your skin, lifestyle, expectations and what will realistically work for you.

Her training has included respected professional skincare houses and advanced aesthetic education, alongside a Level 5 Aesthetics Foundation Degree and teaching qualifications.
That breadth of experience allows Charlotte to look at treatment differently. Rather than recommending something simply because it is popular, she can draw from a wide range of techniques to decide what is genuinely appropriate.
